Cooking Courses of Macrobiotic Nutrition: Orthomolecular Nutrition. The nutrition that aims to detoxify and nourish the body, with all the vitamins, minerals, trace elements etc., balancing the gastrointestinal, immune, central nervous system.

  • The ingredients of the foods are the ones that determine the nutrition of our body, the cell renewal every passing minute (our blood is completely renewed every 120 days, the lung epithelium every 15 days, the epithelium of the intestine every 5 days, liver cells every 5 months etc.) the smooth functioning of organs and biological systems of the human body, as well as the continuous production and metabolic activity of peptides of enzymes, hormones and metabolites that continuously regulate its function and our mental state, with the aim of homeostasis, renewal and mobilization of the inherent mechanisms of self-correction and autoimmunity through our DNA (telomeres). Our cells are made up of “building materials” that come from our food only and continually use food ingredients to do their job. So our food is also the only factor in nourishing, functioning and renewing our cells.
  • In this three-hour workshop we cook with recipes of Orthomolecular Nutrition, with materials that contain the most nutritious, curative and refreshing substances, “quintessences”. As we cook, at the same time we will learn the secrets of the most “powerful” foods, from the wonderful and incredibly rich plant kingdom of the Mediterranean and from all over the world. Argyro Asterataki will introduce us to the art and secrets of cooking magic and Vicky Stamouli will give us simple and meaningful information about the foods that contribute catalytically to the deep nourishment of our organism, to cell renewal, anti-aging and growth our vital energy.
  • We become a carefree team that cooks, learns, discusses and laughs, tastes new flavors and leaves creativity and imagination to the rhythm of our company. And … after completing our culinary quintessence, we will be relaxed and carefree on the terrace or in the garden to enjoy our wonderful creations, with good wine and frigid Sangria, in the already elevated mood of our company, silently, why not … and sipping … Our goal is our physical and mental nourishment!!!

The price includes the cost of cooking materials.

Comfortable clothes and mostly carefree mood are recommended!! Everyone only brings his cooking apron.
