“An experiential exploration of our unconscious Self through Nature”
Saturday and Sunday 17-18 November 2018, Parnitha Mountain National Park, Flabouri Shelter

A little further from Athens, nature moves in different rhythms. In a few kilometers away and we leave behind the urban landscape and we meeting the National Park of Parnitha Mountain.

One breath from the bustling Athens and the senses are awakening with the sounds, colors, smells and the endless beauty of mountain and wildlife.

It is well known, but also scientifically documented, that contact with nature, revitalizes, calms, extinguishes, inspires and balances. By simply taking a walk in nature, we all usually feel better. However, we rarely know how to deepen our experience, integrate with nature and make use of its wisdom in our personal development.

This opportunity offers the acquaintance with Ecopsychology on a weekend in the forest of Parnitha, at an altitude of 1,158 meters, as it offers us the techniques to connect with the natural world of ourselves and our environment with greater depth and awareness.

The Ecopsychology workshop aims to experientially explore our deeper thoughts, emotions, body senses and what surrounds us. Nature is the perfect partner in the development of this state of mind and mode of existence. Ecopsychology provides the ideal scientific basis for highlighting and realizing the above.

Through the wonderful world of nature, we will experience a journey of shifting our mind and body. A journey of displacement of what is happening within us, our thoughts and feelings, as well as our environment.
